Delayed Cadence

During training, drill instructors will have recruits march and jog to various cadences to keep recruits focused and in step with one another. The “lyrics” of cadences are usually designed to motivate recruits as well. Often a drill instructor will call on a single recruit to call out the cadence in a call-and-answer delivery. Get a jump on learning your cadences now and finding motivation along the way.
